The airport is on the Sea of Cortez side, and Todos Santos is on the Pacific, so the transfer crosses the peninsula by road, through desert and sierra landscapes. The drive is about 75 minutes to the town. Since Todos Santos has no airport or direct public transport, a private transfer is the most practical way to arrive. If you are continuing toward the capital, check the transfer to La Paz.
