Xplor Park lets you enjoy the wonders of the Riviera Maya in an adventurous way. Discover the Mayan treetops and jungle in the 9 zipline circuit. Explore the underworld and as you raft and swim through the crystal clear waters of the underground rivers surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites. The amphibious vehicles will let you enjoy the best of both worlds as you drive through the jungle circuit and caves. This tour has round trip transportation included Bus from Xcaret (Hotel in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya) 

• Unlimited buffet and beverages (coffee, hot chocolate, natural smoothies, and fresh-flavored water. Alcoholic beverages are not offered).
• Two circuits of 7-zip-lines each (minimum height required for this activity: 4.59 ft or 88 lb The maximum permissible weight is 299 lb).
• Two swimming circuits down the river of stalactites.
• Two river circuits to paddle on Rafts.
• 6.2 mile through two circuits with Amphibious Vehicles for two people or two adults and two children (only over 18 years of age may drive).

• Xplor opens from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. at 5:00 p.m.
• The minimum age to enter Xplor is 5 years old. Children between 5 and 11 years old pay 50% of the adult price (it is essential to present identification at the Park ticket office).
• Children over 1.40 m, but under 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age.
• Some activities have limitations for future moms.
• If you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain or get dizzy easily, certain activities in the Park are not recommended.
• To carry out the Zip-line activity, the maximum weight is 299lb and the minimum is 88lb. The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 130 cm and 70 cm around each leg. In the case of children, the harness must be adjusted correctly, otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to carry out the activity.

• Our company does not cancel the tour because of the rain, this can be done only by the supplier
• If our supplier cancels your activities, you will receive a full refund without penalty
• If you don’t show up without previous notification to us you will not get a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Canada Transfers, not with suppliers.
• For cancelation or reschedule without penalty, call us at least before 6:00 pm , 2 days before the tour
• Refunds will be made within 24 hrs.or less
