• Cancel or reschedule without penalty before 6:00 p.m. on the day before the tour.
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 24 hours or less.
• Rain alone does not automatically cancel an activity. Tours continue unless the supplier determines that weather, sea, or safety conditions are unsuitable.
• If the supplier cancels because of severe weather, safety conditions, or force majeure, the booking qualifies for a full refund without penalty.

How does this Basic combo differ from the Tulum and Xcaret Plus options?

The Basic package includes entrance to the ruins, an archaeological guide in Tulum, and full access to Xcaret’s attractions, rivers, and the "Xcaret México Espectacular" night show. However, unlike Xcaret Plus, it does not include a buffet meal, beverages, locker rental, or snorkeling gear, giving guests the flexibility to purchase meals as desired.

Is a tour guide included for the Tulum ruins?

Can regular sunscreen be brought into Xcaret?
